Hi friend. It’s been a minute. I personally can not believe that summer is over — has time been doing funny things for you too?

For me, it feels as if March were yesterday and the rest of the months all a blur. I know these past few months have been difficult for so many (and for many different reasons.)

I’m fortunate enough to be able to still do what I love, in a different way thanks to my company and our incredible team. I looked at these past few months as an opportunity to learn and to grow.

With 90 extra minutes all of a sudden added to my day, there was a lot of learning I could do in areas such as photography, editing (video and photo), and design to name a few. Where I once would have outsourced, I’m extremely proud that all of my photos and logos are self-produced. These new skills were certainly put to good use when my friend Jaki and I launched our new podcast, Give Our Take, which discusses the latest news cycles, social justice, and politics.

I’m thankful for these new skills and opportunities and wanted to update you on what I’ve been doing these past few months. (It’s all evolved a bit since my “Get Ready with Me” videos, lol! Here on this site I will be happily sharing ideas and tips for those who are interested. Hoping that the near future brings relief to all, and hope you’re keeping well.
