No music, no fancy edits, no class. Just a little gracious outside silks training with my good friends at @iflytrapeze. I love it here.
There’s something about being outside in the fresh air up on the aerial silks. And for me being able to experience this place in a whole new way. Today I decided to revisit a few older sequences and piece them together. I’m still not quite getting the arm switch after the split because I feel like I don’t have a great grip, but there’s always next time.

As for how my elbow and my joints are doing? Bizarrely able to support my weight. It’s things like picking up a water bottle (?) or wrapping my leg for a ‘catchers’ that gives me the ouchy zings, so I’ve been working around that as best as I can . . Rheumatology appointment on Monday!

Congratulations Paulie & Laura! 🎉🍾
When Paulie reached out about photographing his surprise proposal at the breathtaking Planting Fields Arboretum, I was beyond excited—
and a little nervous (I’m terrible at keeping secrets!).

We pulled off what might go down as one of the most epic surprise proposals ever.
I may not have actually worn a fake mustache while hiding in the bushes (😂),
but the real surprise? About 30 friends and family secretly gathered nearby to witness this unforgettable moment.

Cheers to the beautiful couple! It was such a joy to spend time with you and your incredible circle. 🥂💍✨

First outdoor aerial silks workout of the season! The first one is always a doozy.
When you usually hang inside, you’re not experiencing the unpredictability of where the wind takes you… Quite literally.
My body has been dealing with hypermobility and inflammation issues as of late, so this was ambitious, but I’m really glad that I got outside and did what I could. 💪

@iflytrapeze is always such a warm and welcoming community. I can’t believe I’ve known them since 2006. 🤯 And there’s nothing more gracious than spending time in the park. Thank you for having me, and I’m excited to continue to build strength and visit more this season.

Can we talk about how much better I’m doing… one year later?
For multiple reasons… and more specifics on that if you check out my podcast, “Life Bytes with Wendy Wild.”
Last year was the year of big changes, and for a while I was inadvertently neglecting my health.
On top of my food/gut issues and anxiety, I allowed myself to get so dehydrated that I ended up in the hospital with kidney stones.
These days I’m more mindful about the food I prepare at home, my water intake, and making sure I make the time for mindfulness. If 2024 was a hot mess, 2025 is her much cuter older and wiser sister.
Thank you Rupinder for inviting and treating me to this super supplement. One week later and I’m feeling superb!
